Job Description

***DRIVER LICENSE REQUIRED - CALLING ALL CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULT SUPPORT WORKERS!!!!!!!!!!***

We are looking for a driven individual passionate about making a difference by building relationships and positively impacting the lives of children and young adults you will be working with

The home provides care, education and therapeutic support to residents between the ages of 9-19 with profound communication difficulties such as brain injuries, cerebral palsy and degenerative disorders

Typical duties can include

- Personal care (washing and dressing)
- Supporting with therapeutic activities such as hydro therapy or rebound therapy
- Ensuring a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment
- Development of social and learning skills where applicable
- Communication and building strong relationships with the children and young people

About the role

- Salary: Between £8.95 and £10.15 per hour
Hours: Nights, permanent role (4 week rota minimum 14 shifts)
Location: Royston, North Hertfordshire
