Do you enjoy work that helps others and is rewarding? We are looking for a support worker with experience working in learning disabilities to join our friendly Outreach team.

Duties will include:
- Supporting residents in gaining independence
- Organising and taking part in activities
- Providing emotional support
- Prompting of Personal Care will be essential - morning & evening duties
- Assisting with cooking, shopping and community events.


We need someone who has:
- A minimum of one years experience in working in care
- Experience with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health would be advantageous
- Driver preferred but not essential
