Job Description

** Support Worker ** (Supported Living) **
** Northampton **
** Full time Position available with different shifts available**
** Shifts between 8am and 10pm **
** £9.65/hour **
** 45p per mile mileage allowance **
** Must have both vaccinations done**
** Must be a driver**


BS Social Care are currently working in partnership with a well establish care company that delivers health and social care to individuals who needs support with their daily task in their own homes. We are looking for resilience candidates who have a `get up and go` attitude, who are passionate about the work they produce and want to be within this role for the right reasons. You will help the client with his shopping, admin tasks etc; This is a work that gives great job satisfaction and can really allow you to make changes within people`s lives.

About the employer: The company is a national provider delivering support to individuals living in their own homes.

About the job: To undertake tasks and duties that enable clients to live independently in their own homes. To work closely with clients and the company, to follow policy and procedures and to be a positive and pro-active team member.

About the ideal candidate: ideally you will hold a Level 2 /3 in Health and Social Care. Or 1-year minimum experience in Supported Living. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and on one`s own imitative

Problem solving & crisis management. Time management. Ability to Identify and manage risks. Ability to convey information clearly, follow organisational policies & procedures and produce appropriate written communication

Be respectful of and act in ways that recognise the importance of a person`s rights and beliefs. Ability to promote and represent the Company in a positive and professional light


This role requires motivation and lots of passion to do the job well.
