We are currently seeking expereinced and dedicated Support Workers to join a new Supported Living service, supporting Adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities, within Preston.

This innovative, progressive organisation provides specialist services to people with a learning disability, autism and behaviours that may challenge.

As a Support Worker your duties include supporting with all aspects of their daily lives, ensuring that they have maximum opportunities and choice for developing new skills and leading fulfilling lives.

We are looking for a resilient, passionate, proactive and motivated individuals with a keen interest to support people with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour. Positive attitude and good value base is essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full time position with a salary on £17,778 plus excellent professional and personal development opportunities.
