Job Title - Support Worker
Location - Swansea
Salary - £8.65 p/h 39 hours a week. £62.64 per sleep in + Time and a half for Wakes

Your role - You will be working as part of a team to create a safe, positive and homely place for Young Adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism to live. You will be implementing and reviewing a number of plans for individuals to enable the service users to lead fulfilling lives.
Due to the nature of the service you will be expected to aid the the service users with manual handling and personal care.

What you will need - This Company is looking for candidates with experience dealing with challenging behaviour and experience working with learning difficulties. A driving licence and transport with a clean licence is essential.
