ATTENTION SUPPORT WORKERS!

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a number of temporary ad-hoc and temp to perm positions around the Tadcaster area for one of our well established and successful clients based in the local areas.

This is a really exciting new role with lots of opportunities for growth and progression in a supportive and challenging environment.

No two days will ever be the same, your role will be working with adult service users in supported housing with disabilities and sight loss. Some may require support with specific illnesses such as epilepsy and diabetes. You will be enhancing their quality of life through supporting with everyday tasks such as meal preparations, trips, activities and appointments.

Shifts will be mixed and will vary from Days/Weekends and Sleeps, so you must have the flexibility to commit to these.

The pay rate will be £9.00 for days and £10.00 for nights, with holiday pay to accrue. Once a permanent member of staff, our client offers 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing after 2 years service. They also offer some amazing training & qualifications if you are interested in progressing further within the company.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a similar environment along with an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, if you don't have one don't worry - you can apply for a brand new DBS for a small fee of £46 through Brook Street Disclosures.
