We have a fantastic opportunity available to work within a short break residential home for children and young people with disabilities. As a Support Worker, you would work with young people on a day-to-day basis and provide a caring home environment to live in. As well as that equipping them towards independence.

The aim is to work with children and young people to support them in all aspects of their care, working towards agreed targets which are set to focus the personal development of children in areas which present barriers.

As well as the competitive benefits package we offer as an agency, you also have the added benefit of being in control of your own rota as we can offer you shifts based on your availability and can fit round any other commitments you may have.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of six months practical experience within the care sector.

Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential.
