I am currently recruiting Support Workers for a large and well-known provider of residential and supported living services, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs.

They are currently recruiting for support workers to join their supported living service in CANNOCK. This service as a focus on individuals with complex mental health needs and this environment can be challenging.

If you have experience within mental health, have a kind and understanding nature and are comfortable with challenging behaviour then this could be your next career step.

Within an established team, you will be responsible for person centred care and support, activity planning, positive behaviour support and the promotion of choice and independence.
