we have temporary opportunities available to work for one of our customers who provide support to young people with various support needs offering a therapeutic support service for young people transitioning into semi or independent Living. Support sessions offered for every young person, based on an individually tailored support plan offering multi-agency services and support.

Support worker opportunities available on a temp basis in Lancashire, where daily duties and responsibilities will be to support the young people, this could be working nights and also offering support to the young people. Support duties may also include support with accessing services, cooking skills and career services.

Ideally you will hold relevant experience of working with young people, and ideally in a similar setting and having the understanding of supporting various support needs. You will be assertive and fair in your approach and have a good understanding and previous experience of working with young people.

We offer competitive hourly rates of pay, annual leave entitlement and various incentives. We pay hourly and on a weekly basis.
