We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity, looking for individuals with housing experience who could support within a new project as a Supported Housing Officer.

The role of the Supported Housing Officer will be responsible for delivering effective housing management services for adults over 18 years of age. You duties will be to interview candidates, discuss benefit needs, signpost for welfare advice and oversee the rent and arrears. You will be working closely with the tenants to ensure that they receive a quality living environment, allocate the right residences to the right tenants and ensure the proprieties are maintained and kept in the best condition.
The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge of the supported housing sector and previously done a similar role. You will be looking for a temporary role working on a Monday- Friday rota 9:00-17:30 with a view to start this role in 2020.
You must have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience in the social care sector or 6 months experience within the past year.
