Are you seeking a new permanent role as a Supported Housing Officer for a Leading organisation based in Lancashire? If so, we would like to hear from you



You will be working for an excellent organisation who supply Housing Support for care leavers between the ages of 19 - 21. This will be case load role where you will be helping the customer meet their conditions of there tenancy and obligations as a tenant. Support and Empower customers throughout proactive interaction to develop the skills they need to access and sustain a home in the long term.

As a Supported Housing Worker you will be supporting working with the team of 4 with 10 service users to support with tenancies, benefits and day to day living support in general.

The right candidate must be flexible, positive with a can do attitude, encouraging and supporting of others , able to maintain confidentiality. Able to deal with people and give a professional approach, Non-judgemental and a car driver with their own vehicle


The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in the housing or children and young people background or. You will have experience dealing with complex situations and have the ability to use your own initiative



This is a full-time position fixed term contract 12 months with a view to stay on when this end. The working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday with a 30 min lunch. The salary for this role is £21,264-£25,217 depending on skills and experience
