Job Description

I have a really exciting opportunity available for a skilled team leader or senior support worker who is looking for the next step on the career ladder and a move into a deputy manager position.

I am recruiting for a multi-site deputy manager to work within the supported living field, supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex care needs and behaviours which may prove challenging.

This is a full time position which will require you to have flexibility depending on the need of the service. You will work closely with strong managers and provide direct leadership to a team of support workers and senior support staff.

You will be committed to driving high quality care and support and respond effectively to the changing needs of the people you support.

I am seeking applications from skilled seniors, team leaders and/or deputy manager who hold the QCF 3 in health and social care, have a full UK driving licence and have flexibility to work varied hours dependent on the needs of the service.

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities is essential to be considered for this post.
