Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Scheme Manager to join a Supported Living Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities.

You will be joining one of the UKs leading providers of supported living services for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Brain injuries.

Day to day you will oversee the operational running of the supported living service in Kendal, including the supervision, specific clinical advice and support to your team ensuring high quality management of services at all times that are specific to the needs and requirements of each person who uses the service.

Ideally you will be a competent, commercially and care focused manager who is seeking to utilise their extensive care management knowledge within a new setting. Alternatively, you will be a competent care coordinator or Deputy Manager who is seeking the next step on the career ladder.

You must hold or be working towards a Level 5 in leadership and management and management experience is essential.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £27,000 working Monday to Friday 9-5. In addition to excellent benefits and professional development within the company.
