We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager in the Bristol area!

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to take on 3 supported living services in the bristol area, accommodating adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

You will manage the day to day running of the services, overseeing the teams of support staff and ensuring service users' needs are met.

You will be an experienced Care Manager at Deputy level or above, with a good knowledge and understanding of mental health needs and learning disabilities and will have some experience of working with people with behaviours that challenge. Although these services are not CQC registered, it would be helpful if you have some knowledge and understanding of CQC compliance standards. You will also be a driver with your own vehicle.
