*Full time - permanent - 37.5 hours a week - Monday - Friday*

We are working with a fantastic award-winning client who are looking for a registered manager to join a supported living service in Llanelli. If you are looking to join a company who knows by ensuring that the staff are happy and looked after, this will have a positive impact on the care and support individuals using the service receive. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday. As the registered manager, you will be responsible for the management of day-to-day operations. You will be confident in facilitating the provision of the very best standards of care of the people we support, ensuring safe services continue to remain compliant with relevant legislation.

The role

  • You will be fulfilling registration requirements and performance standards required by the CIW
  • You'll complete assessments for the people we support, support plans and risk assessments.
  • To Deliver a high standard of support services for the people we support
  • Ensure high standards and best practices are always maintained
  • You will familiarise all employees with company policies and procedures to ensure these are being followed correctly.
  • You'll support, develop, and manage support staff within your service area
  • Ensure all records are maintained
  • To provide leadership and consultation within your team
  • You'll work with our recruitment team
  • You will complete, maintain, and submit reports and records to regulating bodies as required
  • To manage the rota coordination team to supply timely rotas for staff
  • Hold regular staff and management meetings

The ideal candidate

  • You will be an experienced, driven, and passionate individual with experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs
  • You'll have achieved a minimum of a QCF level 4
  • Have previous experience of working in a management role
  • You will have strong IT skills
  • You'll be a confident and reliable individual who strives for success
