Position: Service Manager Location: Oxfordshire (Abingdon and Didcot)
Details: Full time,
Permanent, 37.5 hours
Salary: £35,000

I am currently working in partnership with a client who is looking for an extraordinary manager with a commitment to high quality support and focus on personalisation to join the team as a Registered Service Manager for their Oxfordshire services between Abingdon and Didcot homes are purpose built, supported living developments where we will be supporting ten people with autism.
About the Company:
They provide extraordinary support and champions better eye care for people with learning disabilities and autism. Encouraging people with disabilities to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society.

You will need to have an NVQ 4 or NVQ Level 5 in Care and Management and experience of working with people with autism and behaviour support needs. You'll be passionate about providing quality care and personalised services with the ability to drive improvement within budgetary controls. An understanding and knowledge of the principles of positive behaviour support, autism, relevant legislation and CQC standards will be essential for this role.

In addition, you'll possess a current driving licence with the ability to travel independently as required and be able to work flexibly to respond to the needs of the service and partake in on call to provide emergency support include evenings and weekends.
