In partnership with a national health and social care provider, who has a great reputation and is going through an exciting period of growth, I am seeking two service managers to oversee supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, ABI, mental health diagnosis and complex needs in MANSFIELD, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE.
Employed on a full-time basis, you will oversee supported living services across multiple sites.
You will be responsible for personal care and support, managing referrals, all elements of paperwork and managing a large staff team.
Liaising with external agencies, attending staff meetings, and ensuring quality and compliance will be part of your service manager role.
This is the perfect opportunity for a deputy manager who is seeking their first step into a service manager role or an established service manager who wants to join a top performing provider of care.
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have proven experience within residential or supported living services for adults with learning disabilities at team leader level or above
* Have completed or be near to completing a relevant care management qualification
* Have flexibility to work across multiple sites and share "on call" requirements
* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
