Supported Living Services Manager - BARNET

Job Description


A leading care provider in the UK is currently recruiting for a Supported Living Services Manager to manage and overlook 2 services based in Barnet.

To manage each project location to ensure individual tenants are being supported correctly by each staff team in place. Have experience dealing with CQC and managing and setting up services.

Your eye for detail and leadership ability will enable you to manage the service effectively and ensure quality and compliance. You are a team player that can network effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, whilst promoting and achieving good CQC standards. Your friendly and flexible approach will help in meeting the needs of the clients.
Substantial strong experience at a management level.
LD/Social Care Managerial background in residential, supported living and outreach services.
Proven track record in business development and managing occupancy effectively
Previous management responsibility for profit and loss in Social Care sector
Previous experience in practice development
Multi-site management experience

Management qualification in Social Care. L4 RMA, Degree

Base: Head Office - lots of travel to localities across the company

Salary: £28.500 to 332.500 - Other company Benefits
