We are looking for an experienced support worker to care and support young vulnerable adults at a service in the Cardiff area.

You will encourage them to live as independently as possible through empowerment and providing extra care, overall your role is put a smile on their face and develop relationships.

Each person receiving support is an individual, therefore their needs will vary. Within this residential setting the service users will require care 24/7 so shift patterns are available Monday to Sunday and can be a mixture of days/nights/weekends.

You will be working with a fantastic and supportive team, who will be there to provide you with any help, support or guidance that you need.

You have the added benefit of being in control of your own rota as shifts are flexible and can fit round any other commitments you may have. However there are full time hours available, so you would be able to work as much or as little as you would like.

The ideal candidate for the role would have worked in a similar setting previously for a minimum of 6 months and have a form of restraint training. Due to the location of the service you would need to have access to a vehicle.
