Supported Living care and support worker
Salary: £18525
Hours: 37.5 hours
5 days over 7

Whilst experience is preferred, it`s not essential, but passion, strong communication skills, empathy, and the commitment to making a difference is!

The Job:
You will be supporting a gentleman in his own home, delivering personal care and support, assisting with management of finances and medication, and accompanying him on activities in the wider community.
You will support with trips to Nottingham, share an interest in sport and music and have flexibility to attend evening and day activities.
