We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our home in Honiton to lead a team that provides safe, high-quality and person centred care for our elderly residents. We are proudly independent with 4 homes across Devon - each home is rated by CQC as 'Good', we aim to improve and reach an 'Outstanding' rating.
You will be the Assistant Manager, a vital part in ensuring that the home is run to the highest standard, working closely with the registered manager. You'll ensure that best practice is utilised by all of your team to ensure people are given the best level of care possible; it's about ensuring that our residents are respected and afforded the dignity and independence that we all desire.
You'll be experienced in delivering high quality care with a level 3 qualification, good at communicating and determined to set a great example, the best leaders always do! You don't need to have had experience as a team leader, if you're a senior or a supervisor we'd still love to have a chat with you. We're committed to developing people, so if you're willing to put in the effort to learn and develop we'll do the same. Do you want to do your level 5? We'll help you!

Salary & Benefits:
£10.75 - £11.50 per hour
36 - 40 hours per week
