You will be working for an excellent provider in Supported living housing Adults with LD/ Autism in a community based environment
As a Team Coordinator you will be supporting the team to run 4 services between 3 Team Coordinators each service has 1-2 occupants Responsible for Rota Management, Support plans, Supervisions, You will regular complete any risk assessment where required to make sure the service users are fully supported Disciplinary fact finding.
You will be able to demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills, willingness to be present and involved with colleagues and other service managers to make sure the service runs smoothly.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate management skills confidently and have a good understanding of social care and being able to deal with any situations calmly and effectively
This is a Full time position Mon - Fri 39 hours a week Flexile Working pattern as long as the service is managed
Salary up to £24,000 per annum in additional to benefits and holidays, Progression and development
