Team Leader - Domiciliary Care
Rota basis - 37 - 40 hours
Location - North Bristol
Salary - £10.50ph, weekends £11.00ph, Back holidays 1.5

We are seeking a Team Lead to join a growing organisation in Bristol that provide community support and specialist care.

You will manage and supervise staff in the high-quality delivery of care for service users using a person-centred approach to meets their need and wishes.

You will be providing practical help, care, and support to service users to enable them to live as independently as possible. This will include a range of activities and duties over a 24-hour period (shifts can include waking nights, sleep-in shifts, weekends, and unsociable hours).
All shifts are on a rota basis.

The successful candidate will have experience in similar role as well as QCF/NVQ level 2/3 Health & Social Care or equivalent (or working towards), Care Certificate.
Driving License are desirable but not essential.
