Job Description

Team leader required to join a medium sized elderly care home in a picturesque area of Derbyshire.

You will become a key member of the management team for a recognised, reputable charitable provider within this good rated service.

Employed on a full time basis, with the requirement to share the on call rota, you will be responsible for leadership of your team, delivering person centred care, to include medication and personal care, as well as care and support planning, rota management, staff training and mentoring, and liaising with external providers.

This team leader opportunity is ideal for someone who is seeking a step up from a senior position, can demonstrate experience in dementia care within a care home setting and who has excellent CQC knowledge.

The level 3 in health and social care is preferred, although applications will be considered form applicants who are working towards this qualification or those with relevant experience who are willing to secure this qualification.
