My client is looking for a team leader to join them at their 2 residential services comprised of 25 residents and 1 supported living service with 10 residents - support is provided on the same site across the 3 services for adults between the age of 18-65 who have mental health needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Salary: Up to £21,450 dependent on experience and qualifications
Location: IG3, Ilford
Contract: Permanent, full time

THE ESSENTIALS REQUIRED:

- You must hold your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- An experienced senior support worker ready to step up or experience within a team leader position
- Background in residential or supported living support for mental health in adults
