Working at our client's office in the Birkenhead area, you will be expected to oversee full Team Leader duties, managing a team of account managers alongside making outbound enquiries to construction professionals with the aim of increasing enquiry and quotation rates.

Duties in this role will include:
Making outbound calls to construction professionals to promote key features and benefits of client products.
Managing data in line with GDPR and ensuring CRM database is updated correctly and efficiently.
Building relationships with clients and customers.
In order to apply for this role, any prospective candidates MUST have the following:
Management experience of a sales environment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the construction process.
A passion to exceed targets and able to review and monitor a team of account managers and ensure their KPI's and targets are being hit.
The ability to deliver effective and consistent communication with their team.
Full proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Applications.
It would also be desirable for the right candidate to have a focused and proactive approach in meeting the demands of the business.
