Title: Team Leader
Location: Exeter, Devon
Salary: £26,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full Time), shift rotation (40 hours a week)

About the Role:
In your role will be working as a Team Leader in a friendly and supportive team based in a registered care home in Exeter. You will play an important role by leading care staff on shift to support the Manager in the smooth running of the home. On a shift you'll be leading at team of up to 6 people, supporting the team to provide a high quality and customer focused care and support, enhances quality of life and promotes independence.

This entails assisting & supervising colleagues, writing Care Plans, organising Rotas as well as Activity Planning. You will also be responsible for carrying out Risk Assessments & must be willing to work an On Call Rotation.

About the Service:
This an amazing longstanding family run residential care home based in Exeter, who offer support to people who have learning disabilities. Some individuals have complex needs which includes physical impairments such as spinal & brain injury. You must also be comfortable with personal care.


About You:
- Minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Have experience leading a team within a learning disabilities service
- Driver
