Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their new, busy Call Centre team based in Wembley. We are looking to hire immediately!

As a team leader, you will be ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are met through your team of Call Centre Agents. You will be monitoring the performance of your team and maintaining the performance standard that our client withhold.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 2+ years Team Leader experience. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn.

You must hold 2+ years Team Leader experience (ideally within the customer service sector)

This role is fixed-term contract for 6 Months, with a view to go permanent.

The successful candidate for this role will receive a salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

This is a hybrid working role, 3 days at home, 2 days in the office. The first four weeks of training will be entirely from home.
