I am working with an inspirational mental health provider to recruit a TEAM LEADER to join their crisis drop-in service in MAIDSTONE, KENT.

This is a part time role

The successful applicants will be required to work 15 hours per week, on a rolling rota to include weekends and bank holiday.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are committed to working with adults with mental health needs and promoting social inclusion.

Working within a small, established team, you will provide support to the people who utilise this service, with the aim of reducing distress, the risk of self harm, suicide and trauma.

You will work closely with external agencies and be responsible for providing information, safety planning and signposting for clients and their families, to meet their care needs.

To be successful in this role, and truly make a difference to the people who utilise this service, you must be a proactive, compassionate and caring individual with excellent communication and listening skills.

I am seeking applications from applicants, who:
* Hold Level 4 or 5 (HNC, HND, NVQ, FdA/FdSc) in health and/or social care, mental health, psychology or counselling
* Have professional and/or personal awareness and experience of mental health
* Can demonstrate experience of leading a team and prioritising tasks to secure positive outcomes
* Are flexible to work a rolling rota shift pattern
