Role: Team Leader
Wage: £23,400 (£12 an hour)
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Here at BS Social Care, we have lots of exciting opportunities to work with leading care providers in the Wells and Mendips area. We currently have a demand for two Team Leaders.

About yourself:
You will have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
You should have previous experience leading a team. Such as, shift leader, senior support worker etc.
You will have excellent communication skills
Have experience with adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs
You should be empathetic, kind and resilient.
Driving isn't essential.

What the job includes:
You`ll be overseeing and arranging social activities on and off the sites.
You will identify and assess our individual`s needs.
You will provide a warm, homely, secure environment that`s appropriate for our service user`s needs.
