Role: Senior Support Worker
Wage: £23,400 (£12 an hour)
Location: Bristol
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Here at Brook Street Social Care, we have lots of exciting opportunities to work with leading care providers in the Wells and Mendips area. We currently have a demand for two Team Leaders.

About yourself:

• You will have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• You should have previous experience leading a team. Such as, shift leader, senior support worker etc.
• You will have excellent communication skills
• Have experience with adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs
• You should be empathetic, kind and resilient.
• Driving isn`t essential.

• You`ll be overseeing and arranging social activities on and off the sites.
• You will identify and assess our individual`s needs.
