The role of the Team Leader is to provide residential support to individuals of loss of hearing who have additional needs. Your duties will be to lead a team of individuals to ensure they provide emotional support to the vulnerable service users. This role will involve working on a rota basis, you must be flexible to work a mixture of shifts, this role has a view to start mid- end of February, you will start out Temporary with a potential to go permanent.

The ideal person for this role will have a passion for delivering high quality service, able to lead a team and deal with any issues which may arise.

Essential:

  • Minimum of 1 years paid experience in Social Care
  • Team Leader/ Senior experience
  • Flexible to work on a rota basis

Desirable:

  • BSL
  • DBS on the update service
  • NVQ Level 3 or above
  • Management/ Team Leader qualification
