**CALLING ALL TEAM LEADERS/SENIOR CARE WORKERS**

My client is looking for an additional member of staff to join their senior team to assist with the smooth running of their 7 bed supported living service.

The service is mixed gender, home to 7 service users between the ages of 18 and 65 who have been diagnosed with learning disabilities and mental health.

LOCATION: Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire

HOURS: 40 hrs per week (9am-5pm, 1 day a week shift work)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Senior staff position experience
Experience with challenging behaviour
NVQ 3 Health & Social Care
