Are you and experienced Team-Leader / Senior Support worker with a background working in Children`s Residential or with Looked-After Children?

Have you got exceptional leadership skills, great communication and a genuinely child-focused approach to your work?

We are looking for a talented and articulate individual to lead a fantastic team in a service, where you can put your stamp on a the service you give with your knowledge and experience!

You will be joining a truly caring organisation with family owned roots that ensure that their family values run through the heart of everything they do.

As such you will be leading a team and supporting children who are more than just your co-workers It is essential that you have the personality and knowledge to step into this role and hit the ground running with a well-established and closely knit team-

This role would be perfect for a confident, enthusiastic and passionate person with a real drive for delivering high standards of care and performance and support workers but are instead more like an extension of your family.

This is a great rewarded with very competitive starting salary paid at an extra £40 a sleep leading to a further £3760 on top of your salary.



In order to apply for this role you must have a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young people`s work force or higher, be able to drive with a full driving license with access to a car, and have experience in a children`s service.
