Here at BS Social Care, we are working with a fantastic Learning Disability Charity. Our client work to support people with learning disabilities to have great lives. Their services have people's needs at their heart and strive to help them reach their full potential. Our client is looking for a brilliant, experienced Team Leader to join their day team at a 10 bed Residential and Respite Home in Dartington.

About the Role:

As a Team Leader you will be managing, supporting and guiding a team of day time support workers who strive to deliver quality care whilst making a difference to all our children and young people. As well as leading your team, you will also be responsible for actively safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the young people in the home.

About You:

You will have extensive experience in this sector at a senior level and must hold a minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). A Level 2 or above in Safeguarding Children Training and knowledge of the needs of learning-disabled Children and Young people best practices.
