Committed and enthusiastic Deputy Manager needed to lead a team supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. The Deputy Manager will ensure the young people have a stable and secure home environment where they can thrive.

You as the Deputy manager will be joining one of the UK's leading provider of specialist education and care, creating best possible outcomes for young people.

As the Deputy Manager you will make sure the team and young people feel happy, safe and motivated, operating to the highest standard whilst deputising for the Registered Manager when required.

You will have

- experience working in residential childcare (2 years)
- hold level 3 Diploma in residential childcare
- full UK driving licence
-Level 5 desirable, company will fund and support you to complete if you do not have.
