Job Description

I am seeking a team leader to join an established residential setting for adults with autism, learning disabilities and behaviours which may prove challenging in the Stourbridge area.

You will join a privately owned organisation who have a handful of services within the West Midlands and Worcestershire region.

Employed on a full time basis, with the requirement to work a varied shift pattern over a 5 day rota, you will work closely with the registered manager to deliver person centred care and support.

You will work in a creative and pro-active manner to promote independence and dignity, and drive forward the principles and delivery of person centred care.

You will support the registered manager in the day to day running of the service, including staff management, staff supervisions, rota management and leading senior and team meetings.

I am seeking applications from forward thinking, passionate and driven candidates who have a minimum of two years experience a senior support worker level and are seeking their next role.

You will hold a minimum of the level 3 in health and social care and be flexible to work a varied shift pattern on a rota basis.
