Team Leader - Complex Care

My client based in Bolton is currently looking for a Children residential team leader to join their team. You will have a level 3 NVQ in children and young people and also be a driver, you will need to have experience working within a children`s residential setting as either a senior or a team leader to apply for this role. As the Team leader you will undertake a wide range of duties which will involve direct care of children who have complex needs within the home. You will be expected to work shifts and be flexible to meet the needs of the children and fulfil all health and safety requirements, although you don`t have to have experience within complex care you must have very strong residential experience.

You will be acting as a role model for all other staff so you must show professionalism at all times and show other staff how to act and behave around the service. You will take overall responsibility in ensuring the running of the home is to the highest standards coordinating the shift, allocating child supervision and prioritising care. I am looking for really driven candidates who have a real passion for putting the happiness of the children at heart, doing what they can to make sure you are going above and beyond your role and you will be rewarded for it.
