Job Description

I am proud to be working with the UK's number one childcare provider in their search for team leaders to join their beautiful and homely residential setting in Hinckley.

You will join an organisation, who is highly respected in OFSTED's eyes and has a great reputation for staff development and is renowned for enhancing the lives of the young people they support in both residential and education settings.

Employed on a full time basis, you will will work closely with the registered and deputy manager, to ensure the young people you are supporting lead independent and fulfilling lives.

You will lead by example and build meaningful and lasting relationships with your colleagues and the young people you support. You will share up to date knowledge of child care information with your team and will guide and motivate them where required.

In the absence of the registered and deputy manager, you will oversee the running of the service and maintain the stability and security of the home setting.

You will be someone who:
* Has great communication skills
* Can build strong relationships with the young people you support and can relate to them
* Is compassionate yet supportive
* Leads by example and inspires their staff team
* Has flexibility to work a varied shift pattern to include sleep ins as required

In terms of qualifications and experience, it is essential that you hold the level 3 in health and social care (children and young people) and have a minimum of 12 months experience within children's residential care settings.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is also essential.

As well as a highly generous salary up to £32000 D.O.E, you will also have the opportunity to secure an annual bonus based on attendance.
