We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Team Leader to join one of our esteemed goverment clients in Hertford!

This a full-time temporary role for an ongoing 12 months with a view to extend the contract further

This is varied role tha requires strong communication and leadership skills.

Job summary:

Must be computer literate, able to use word, excel, outlook and in- house computer system. Good telephone manner essential, must be able to work at a fast pace and deal with customers face to face. Manage and plan the workload of a team which provides administrative support and excellent customer service to all stakeholders, judiciary and management. Lead and manage a team of staff, ensuring that its members are organised, and fully skilled to meet their work objectives.
To assist in the delivery of performance against targets.

BPSS + Basic DBS

13.01 per hour

9-5 mon-fri

12 month contract with a view to extend
