Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Team Leader.

You will be working for a well-established organisation who provides care and support to people with a learning disability with a diverse range of needs.

As the Team Leader you will oversee the Supported Living Services within the Accrington area. Your duties will include completing audits, ensuring Care Quality Commission regulations are being adhered to, completing rota`s, staff management and completing risk assessments.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience of leading and managing a team and hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care, good knowledge and experience of Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

This role is a full-time position 37 hours per week Mon - Fri 9-5 with elements of flexibility needed.
with a salary of up to £27,417k.
Training and Induction will all be provided,
you will receive 28 days holiday, have access to Blue Light card, Perk Box to discounts, bank holidays worked are double time, over time paid at enhanced rate.
