Job Description

On behalf of a well respected and nationally recognised provider of supported living, residential and outreach care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses and complex behaviours, I am recruiting for TEAM LEADERS to join their TELFORD supported living service.

You will work 37.5 hours per week and be responsible for a variety of duties including hands on care and support, positive behaviour support, care planning, shift leading and supervising a staff team.

To be considered for these exciting roles, you must:

* Hold a minimum of level 2 in health and social, ideally level 3

* Have a background in supported living or residential care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and complex behaviours

* Have proven shift leading/supervisory experience
