Team Manager

Here at BS Social Care we work around your commitments and your flexibility to get you the work you want! We're working with a Client who has a New opportunities as a Team Manager due to expansion.

Your role will be supporting individuals who has complex needs, in a homelessness setting, dealing with drug and alcohol and many more.

For this role, the ideal person will need to have 2 years' experience as a manager, to be able to lead a team, be flexible, non-judgemental in a fast pace environment as well as housing experience.

A DBS on the update service is a great advantage.

To work with us, you will need:

  • 6 months paid, hands-on experience or recently undertaken training
  • To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
