Your job role will be Managing day to day service delivery and providing direct employment support to Service Users.
This is a front line management role, with responsibility for the day to day management of service contracts, Service User support, staff and building maintenance.

To be considered for interview you must have-
" Experience of working with a housing and social care background
" Significant understanding of Mental Health Issues
" Experience in managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs
" Understanding of CQC
You must also have a QCF in Health and Social care.
You should be driven and have good verbal and written communication skills. You will have the ability to lead, supervise and motivate staff and delegate work appropriately.
