Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a competent, professional and enthusiastic manager to oversee a number of complex care packages for adults with learning and physical disabilities for their new Hull scheme.

This exciting team manager opportunity involves both office and service-based responsibilities.

You will join a person centred, national leading provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex care needs across the UK.

You will have responsibility for managing and overseeing the day to day running of a mixture of services. You will provide leadership, guidance and gradually take on the role of supervising the team. You will provide clear and structured day to day leadership, management and support to the local team in order to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.

You will play a key role in the growth and development of the service and ensure that all care delivered complies with CQC and company standards and guidelines.

To be considered for the team manager role, you will have significant experience in the Learning Disabilities and complex care sector. You will also be able to demonstrate comprehensive background in a senior, team leader or manager role. NVQ / Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is essential to be considered for the job role. You will also be committed to achieving your QCF level 5 in leadership and management for care services.

A full UK driving licence is essential to be considered for this vacancy and you will receive a generous car allowance as part of the salary package.

Your extensive knowledge and experience will be rewarded with a competitive salary up to £25000 per annum, continued training, supervision and development and a generous annual leave allowance.

I am looking to move quickly to fill this vacancy. So, rather than miss out, applications can be made via the BS Social Care website today. Alternatively, you can submit your CV via email.
