***CALLING ALL MENTAL HEALTH SENIOR WORKERS!!!!!!!***

Are you experienced within supporting adults with mental health? Have you held a senior position such as team leader, floor manager or shift leader?

If yes then we want to hear from you!

My client is looking for a team manager to join them a fixed term contract to run until Oct 2022. You will support a team of support workers and senior practitioners aswell as residents. The home is set up to support adults over the age of 18 with mental health needs and is located near Brent Cross.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Salary: £24,365 - £24,882 plus location allowance of £2,750
Location: NW9, Edgware
Contract type: Fixed term *to end Oct 2022*
Overview: Residential 18+ setting providing support for mental health needs

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST:
Hold prior experience within a senior position within a care setting for mental health
Hold their NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Demonstrate a good understanding around mental health needs and legislation's
