Team Supervisor - Mental Health
Salary: £23179
Hours: 37.5 hours

Are you passionate about support people with their mental health rehabilitation and recovery and have supervisory experience in a similar setting?

Do you have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, to include evenings, sleep ins and weekends?


Do you hold the level 3 in health and social care or equivalent?

The client:
In partnership with a recognised care and support charity, who specialise in delivering homes, services, and innovation for the most disadvantaged communities, I am seeking a TEAM SUPERVISOR, for their recovery and rehabilitation service in Shropshire.


The Job:
Based in Shrewsbury, you will provide recovery focused support to individuals with complex and enduring mental health needs, within a 24-hour service.


As team supervisor, you will be responsible for organising and managing the day to day running of the service in conjunction with existing contracts and company policies and procedures. You will support the registered manager in achieving service goals and objectives, whilst supporting with business growth and development.

You will work a varied shift pattern, as well as have specified supernumerary sessions.

Are you:


Skilled in a supervisory role for mental health services or similar?


Do you hold the level 3 in health and social care or equivalent?


Experienced in managing caseloads, care planning and reviews?

Flexible to work a varied shift pattern?

Committed to making a difference to the lives of the people you support and promoting recovery focused care and support?
