Our Global IT client is looking for Senior Technical Recruiters to join their team on a contract basis. You will support their Customer Experience Engineering teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Success will be mean you deliver a best-in-class hiring experience by establishing yourself as a talent adviser with your stakeholders. You will be confident in problem solving, reviewing data and information to inform, influence and guide, comfortable working in a busy, fast-growing organsiation. You will have demonstrable ability in Stakeholder/Client Engagement, Data Analysis & Hiring Plans, Candidate Attraction/Experience, sourcing, assessments, screening, compliance etc.
Ideally you will have prior IT technical recruiting experience.
This role will have a maximum contract length of 18 months, running until 30/06/22, with an extension into their new Financial year at that point. Paying up to £71,500pa based on experience, with a 5% bonus potential. Benefits include, paid annual leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension scheme and notice period.
