Working on a temp to perm basis you will be assisting adults in a supported living environment with all aspects of their daily life and helping them to get full value from everything the do.

We have opportunities for Support workers and senior support workers - either working days or waking nights on a rota basis (including weekends)

Hours are between 7am - 10pm (either early or lates) or 10pm - 7am (waking nights) and you need to be available for any hours in either days or nights (dependant on role applied for)

You will have been a support worker rather than care assistant or carer and be passionate about improving and assisting in helping your service users get as independent as possible.
You don`t need to have worked specifically with Adults with Autism but will need to have an understanding of the needs of this service group.

As this role is temporary to begin with you will need to go through our compliance process which includes full ID and right to work checks, minimum of the last 2 years of satisfactory referencing and must have a DBS with the update service or willing to apply for one with us (£50 cost)
