Temporary Operations Manager (Maternity Leave)

Job Description

A well-established national organization is recruiting for an Operations Manager for their care home and independent living service in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. You will be working with Adults and elderly clients who dementia, physical disabilities, sensory loss or have retired. There is a number of fantastic amenities at the service including a restaurant, hair & nail salon, a communal lounge. Also walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs.

Main Job Role:
- Deliver high quality personalised Care and Housing service
- Facilitate a vibrant and welcoming place to live by ensuring community engagement
- Ensure the services are running smoothly in line with CQC
- Knowledge of CQC Inspection and implanting recommendations after an inspection
- Overlook risk assessment, support plans, CQC compliance and health and safety
- Developing the service
- Oversee new staff recruitment and training

Qualifying candidates:
- Previous management experience

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- 12 month contract which will end around March 2021 (there should be new opportunities available within the company after the contract has ended).
